Provides essential remote support to HR departments by managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment by posting job ads, screening applications, and coordinating interviews, as well as maintaining employee records in line with data protection regulations. Also supports onboarding and offboarding, organizes training sessions, and aids in payroll and benefits administration. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. While a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, the role offers flexible hours and opportunities for professional growth in HR.
