Hello I am Ma Gisabelle and you can call me “Belle”.
I am a graduate of BS Computer Engineering and worked at Toyota Tagbilaran City for 9 years. It was my first ever job so far. I started as a Service Advisor who upsells automobile products and services; provide accurate pricing to the repairs and requests of our customers; build positive rapport with our customers; maintain high grades of Customer Satisfaction Index; maintain clean customer data base; and achieve our monthly workshop sales targets.
After 4 years as a Service Advisor I was promoted as a Supervisor and I was tasked to supervise operations under the Service Department; supervise and coach Service Advisors, Receptionists, Maintenance Reminder staff, Job controllers and Warranty staff; plan marketing strategies to entice clients our products and services; monitor our CSI and monthly Workshop Sales Targets.
During the 9 years in Toyota I was able to manage our Facebook page. I was one of the admins. Our main tasks was to reach a high customer engagement. I made contents on customer awareness on their vehicle, make graphics and video contents to gain more likes and followers. We boosted it organically and with pay. In 2023 we have reached 19K likes and followers.
Over the years I learned that customer service is the holy grail of businesses. After-Sales Service is critical for the retention of existing clients and for creating loyal customers which is the number 1 key of maintaining a positive brand image. I have learned the skills of persuasive speaking, empathy, adaptability, ability to speak positive language, clear communication skills, self-control, taking responsibility, patience, effective listening, attentiveness, time management, willingness to improve by being open-minded to suggestions and corrections.
I believe that the online job is a continuum where I can render my knowledge and skills I have acquired over the years and at the same time a great learning space for me to grow and open new challenges and lifelong wisdom. I have been exposed to the real world of work and experienced a variety of tough situations and circumstances that I surpassed with profound patience, diligence and dedication.
