Processing customer payments, adjustments, and account updates accurately
and efficiently.
Collaborating with other departments such as collections, credit, and sales
to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the
company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Providing exceptional customer service and support to Conn's HomePlus
customers via inbound and outbound calls.
Investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to
