In 2016-2018, my monthly reports were done through excel. I was assigned in monitoring people and people's association and input the data to the excel. Data includes Name, Name of the Association, Age if Individual, Address, Status of the person's employment or the status of the association, Financial Reports (Association) and Recommendations. In 2019-2022, Reports were also inputted to excel, word and powerpoint. I was a Community Facilitator and was tasked to profile children engaged in child labor. From the profiling tools, I will encode the Data to the Database. Data includes Name, Age, Address, School Information, Health Information, Work Information of the Child, Profile of the Family (Name, Age, Status and Highest Educational Attainment), Services availed by the family or the child, and Services want to avail. I was also tasked to write Referral Letters to partner agencies to ask for appropriate assistance for the profiled children. I used Powerpoint in reporting to the partner agencies the status of the program. Also, other task given to me is to make payroll for 100 plus employees assigned in different municipalities.
