I bring a diverse set of skills from my experience as a business owner, entrepreneur, treasurer, and tutor, making me well-suited for roles such as virtual assistant, data entry specialist, social media marketer, designer, and bookkeeper.
As a business owner, I managed all aspects of operations, including customer service, marketing, and financial management. I created my own promotional materials and advertisements using Canva, which honed my skills in design and social media marketing. My role as a treasurer involved meticulous financial management, where I handled budgeting, expense tracking, and preparing financial statements. This experience has given me a strong foundation in bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all financial records.
In addition to my entrepreneurial roles, I have worked as a tutor, which developed my patience and ability to communicate effectively. My excellent English communication skills have been essential in engaging with clients, customers, and team members, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
To further enhance my skills, I have participated in various trainings and webinars on digital marketing, data management, and financial practices. These learning opportunities have kept me updated with the latest tools and trends, enabling me to apply innovative solutions to my work.

barangay
• Depositing collections: Depositing collections with the City/Municipal Treasurer or a nearby

• Disbursing funds: Disbursing funds in accordance with the barangay budget and resolutions of
the Sangguniang Barangay
• Maintaining records: Maintaining the books of accounts and recording all transactions
• Preparing reports: Preparing monthly and year-end financial reports, including TBs, FSs, and
schedules
• Accounting for funds: Accounting for all funds and property at the end of the year
• Certifying funds: Certifying the availability of funds when needed
• Keeping petty cash: Keeping a petty cash fund for barangay expenses
• Publishing collections: Publishing monthly collections and disbursements
