Hello there! My name is Mae and I'm 30 years young. Born and raised in the Philippines. I graduated with a degree in Psychology and a professional in the field of Psychometrics.
When it comes to my personality, I would describe myself as more of the introverted type, but as need arises, I can adapt well to fit in with the situation. I love to listen and help other people. More that giving them financial support, I have a heart in motivating people by giving them emotional support. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my family and friends. Being in awe with nature keeps me energized and motivated. I also love reading inspirational books and articles. These helps me to overcome challenges and to have a positive outlook in life. Enthusiasm and optimism is what keeps me going! I still acknowledge that I have many weaknesses, but I am continuously striving for personal growth and self-improvement.
I have worked in the field of Recruitment for 7 years -- started as an Assistant and until I became an Assistant Manager from where I managed 10-15 assistants and associates, served and provided excellent service wot almost 100 clients coming from various industries. I firmly believe that I was able earn what I have become because of hard work, discipline and of course because of LOVE for my craft. I have been exposed in Social Media/Facebook Ad Management and Graphic Design when I handled my previous company's Facebook account. I was able to design and formulate Excel and Google Sheets to track data/information. I did a lot of presentations during meetings with managers and executives, did a lot of proposals, letters and memos. I am results and detail-oriented , I have a high sense of maintaining work standards.
Now, I am exploring the world of Virtual Assistance. I am looking forward to apply and improve my skills, skills that I hare already honed during my professional career as an HR Professional. Learning never stops, entering a new phase in my career will definitely enhance my abilities as well as my character.

• Oversees the end-to-end recruitment process
• Mentors and supervises 11 recruitment staff
• Reports endorsement and deployment progress to the management
• Attends bi-monthly alignment meetings with the Operations Team
• Monitors the KPI of Recruitment on a monthly basis
• Other tasks are the same as my duties below as a Recruitment Officer
• Reported directly to the AVP for National Operations regarding the progress of deployment/hiring to internal and external clients
• Monitored and evaluated the performance of the Recruitment Associates and Sourcing Assistants
• Lead recruitment projects and other operation-related projects assigned by the AVP
• Set and monitored the team’s monthly hiring targets
• Delegated tasks to the recruitment staff
• Created proposals, process flows and recommendations on other creative sourcing/screening strategies to further improve the recruitment process
• Generated and submits periodic reports and analysis to the AVP
• Directly coordinated with the Assistant Managers of the accounts servicing and management to align and address concerns regarding deployment and manpower request reports
• Attended internal and external client meetings to align and address their concerns regarding recruitment
• Checked the accuracy of the submitted reports of the staff (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Monitored the recruitment database to ensure accurate and religious updating of applicants’ information
• Provided mentoring and sets one-on-one meeting with each staff every other month
• Acted as an Officer-in-charge of the whole recruitment team since April 2018
• Oversees the entire recruitment process in the absence of the Recruitment Manager
• Supervised 5 recruitment staff in terms of daily, weekly and monthly hiring targets
• Prepared periodic recruitment reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Submitted weekly and monthly reports to the Recruitment Manager
• Closely monitored the status of the manpower requests and the deployment/hiring reports on a monthly basis or as needed
• Coordinated with the Assistant Managers / Officers / Supervisors of the Accounts Management team regarding manpower requests and other client updates
• Attended client meetings and addressed concerns related to recruitment
