I started my career as a part-time Quality Assurance Specialist, where I listened to recorded calls from customer representatives and scored them based on script usage. After that, I decided to take a Virtual Assistance Course, where I gained skills in web research, data entry, graphic design, managing emails and calendars, chat and technical support, and creating freelancer profiles and managing social media accounts.
Following my training, I worked on a lead generation project, gathering essential information such as email addresses, physical addresses, and phone numbers from business websites. I then moved on to a corporate role as a station supervisor at a gasoline station, where I managed staff, handled customer complaints, and monitored daily sales data.
Most recently, I worked as a Documentation Processing Officer at a consultancy that assists people in applying to study in Japan. My role involved carefully reviewing documents to ensure completeness before submission to immigration.
In August 2025, I completed a General Virtual Assistance Training conducted by ProVA Philippines, a 5–8 hour live webinar designed to enhance skills in the growing freelancing market.
