• Membership + training sales – A large component of the club manager role is centered
around membership and training sales. Managers must qualify, inform, inspire, and convert
leads to members.
• Brand promoters – when you love your gym, others will too. The club manager establishes
relationships with businesses and influencers in the community to promote the brand through
Business-to-Business marketing. This person also helps coordinate and execute engagement
campaigns, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts using assets and
operations created by the Anytime Fitness corporate teams.
• Team builders –leading a team and driving results through motivation and fun is a key
component of being a club manager. This person is hired to inspire all members of your team
to foster a trusting, positive environment members and guests want to engage with
• Day-to-day operations –club managers will take on operations tasks such as running
reports, cleaning, managing inventory & supplies, marketing, inspecting equipment, etc.

customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person they meet.
Brand Ambassador
• Cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation and sales
• Responsible/ handling all members/prospects emails, phone and social medias inquiries and
concerns
• Act as a sales representative and influencer for fitness
• Promote membership and personal training packages to clients/members • Engage
members and prospect on social media
• Support and promote fitness awareness.

Bookkeeper

• Payroll preparation and computation
• Process employees benefits and tax computation
• Act as a liaison for government compliances such as business permits, SSS, Pag-Ibig, etc
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reports directly to the CEO.
• Entertain franchise inquiries (phone calls & walk-in)
• Monitor and respond to e-mail franchise inquiries
• Site inspect every proposed location of franchisees & new applicants
• Responsible for proper filing (proposed site, letter of intent, vicinity maps)
• Entertain other matters concerning the department
• Provides assistance to Franchise Owners
• Responsible in all legal endorsement with the RHC Legal counsel
• Represent the company in internal and external meetings on legal issues and help to
coordinate office procedures to facilitate accomplishments of work plans. • Negotiate
with the franchisees that were endorsed to the department for possible settlement of
their unpaid accounts and/or compliance
• Monitor the status of branches under enforcement, documents endorsed to LAC Law
office, company owned contract of lease and other legal related matters • In charge in
the remaining and safekeeping of the document jackets of all existing franchise including
those inactive or closed branches
• Compose business letters if needed
• Responsible in Updating the RHC Operational Manual
• Responsible in handling some branches
• Coordinate with the Franchisee/Branch owner the things needed to comply according to
the Salon Standardization
