• Logging in transmittal of incoming and outgoing billing documents.
• Conducts endorsement of billings thru rush net.
• Transmits soft copy of bonds to accounting for their reference.
• Coordinates with contractors/ suppliers if there are issues on their billings also on bonds need for extension.
• Coordinates with FLI project engineers for endorsement of billings prior to rfp.
• Provide assistance in workloads involving billings like coordination with contractors/ suppliers and/ or at SAP system (creation of SAP PR and SAP entry of billings) upon receipt of approved manual PR,
• Perform other related works
• Provide an updated master list of all plans (as-built, survey/ lot, approved building permit plans), bonds, permits/ certificates and other important documents, and (2) updated status of various billings; (3) update status of purchase requisitions
• Assist in the validation of attendance exception reports for FLI and subsidiaries.
• Assist is the manual encoding of logs coming from various sources (site offices).
• Attend to Leave Balances inquiries if timekeeping associate is on leave or out on OB.
• Validate and close various rush requests. (Filed OB/OT/OB and OT meals/Leaves/Leave balance inquiries).
• Check Staff Alliance’s Billings.
• Actual inventory every end of the month
• Organize and sort files
• Assist display of goods
• Answer phone calls and customers’ inquiries
