Accept and process orders online, over the phone, or via email. Verify the correctness of orders and generate invoices. Keep track of sales records and create monthly sales reports. Evaluate sales data and devise tactics to enhance sales effectiveness. Coordinate sales operations to ensure seamless workflow within the department
Manage the facilitation of shipments and necessary documentation and permits. Coordinate adherence to PEZA and BOC regulations concerning shipments and logistics. Monitor both import and export shipments. Negotiate contracts with forwarders. Address issues pertaining to customs clearance, transportation, or documentation to ensure the smooth operation of trade.
Ensure the thoroughness and accuracy of all customer deliveries. Serve customers by selling products and fulfilling their needs. Maintain a high degree of precision in handling customs procedures to prevent penalties
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
