Manpower Planning and Deployment:
Plan, coordinate, and manage staff deployment to ensure all operational needs are met across various locations or departments.
Handling Staff Queries:
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding scheduling, leave requests, payroll issues, and HR policies.
Workforce Scheduling:
Prepare and update staff rosters, ensuring optimal coverage and minimal overtime.
Recruitment Support:
Assist HR in allocating the new joiner to their new stores as per business needs.
Communication Management:
Maintain clear and consistent communication between management and employees regarding operational changes, updates, and procedures.
Attendance and Payroll Coordination:
Monitor employee attendance, overtime, and leave records; ensure accurate reporting for payroll processing.
Performance Monitoring:
Track staff performance metrics and provide feedback or escalate issues to HR and senior management.
Ensure that purchased items are both cost efficient and of high quality.
Coordinate with the suppliers in terms of payment terms and delivery.
Maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases
and maintaining accurate records.
Ensure that all purchases comply with company standards.
Reviewing, comparing, analysing products to be purchased.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance such as managing correspondence, filing documents, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
IT Department Assistance:
Help coordinate basic IT support activities like scheduling maintenance, logging IT support tickets, following up with vendors, and maintaining IT equipment inventory.
Finance Department Assistance:
Support the finance team by preparing basic financial documents, assisting with invoice processing, data entry for accounts payable/receivable, and organizing financial records.
• Inventory Management:
Track inventory levels of office supplies, IT equipment, and other assets; initiate reorders as necessary to prevent shortages.
• Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Accurately enter and update information in company databases related to finance, IT assets, and procurement activities.
• Meeting and Event Support:
Assist in organizing departmental meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Expense Tracking:
Support the finance team by tracking departmental expenses and ensuring timely submission of expense reports.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.

Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
