Hailing from the beautiful Philippines, my academic journey started with a Bachelor's in Medical Technology. But in 2020, my path led me to the world of elementary education, where I discovered my true passion for teaching.
I've spent four exciting years as an ESL teacher, guiding diverse students from China and Korea, spanning all ages and professions. Watching them flourish in their language skills has been truly rewarding.
But that's not all! I've dipped my toes into the dynamic world of business process outsourcing (BPO) for almost a year, honing my communication and problem-solving skills in both voice and non-voice accounts.
As a virtual assistant, I've danced with tasks like real estate support, email management, appointment setting, and social media juggling for three months. I'm a quick learner, always eager to expand my skill set.

I held a part-time position as a virtual assistant, where I provided support to real estate businesses and managed various responsibilities, including social media account administration, scheduling, data and file organization, email content management, cold calling, and a wide range of tasks typically associated with virtual assistant roles.
I served as an English instructor for Korean professional students hailing from prominent organizations such as Samsung, LG, and government agencies in South Korea. My role involved providing constructive and timely feedback, along with generating monthly progress reports based on individual student performance assessments.
I held the position of a Chat and Call Customer Service Representative for an online sports streaming platform, where I effectively addressed customer inquiries and concerns across various domains, including general inquiries, technical issues, and
billing matters.
I served as an English instructor at 51Talk, where I catered to a diverse range of Chinese students spanning different age groups and professional backgrounds.
