• Monitors, documents and disseminates information and correspondence of the Office of the
Key Accounts Manager to internal and external customers and business partners
• Organizes KAG Region meetings by properly circulating and receiving meeting agendas,
ensures availability of all participants, and manages KAM schedule.
• Receives, classifies and records important documents that pass through the Office of the Key
Accounts Manager and maintains and ensures confidentiality of information and documents
• Scheduled domestic and international flights for the group, including booking accommodation
and ground transportation, optimizing travel time and expenses for the organization
• Monitors status of inquiries particularly those for Sales and facilitates resolution of inquiries by
coordinating with the concerned Sales Personnel regarding pending inquiries
• Relays inquiries received (whether directly received by the Region or transferred to them by
Customer care) to the concerned Functions (Sales, Log, HR, Fin) in the Region
• Creates and maintains a filing system based on IRM Standards and regularly updates the
