• Provide assistance in recruiting staff, including advertising for positions and
arranging interviews, and maintaining an applicant database.

leave/emergency) and recording all the data in the HR attendance and leave
system.
• Preparing monthly leave reports and submitting the report to HR manager.
• Preparing bank-related letters requested by employees.
• In charge of flight bookings, and hotel arrangements.
Attends and screens telephone calls, and requests for meetings and

• Provides a full range of secretarial support to officers by preparing/drafting
reports, documents, and correspondences and taking down notes during
