I worked in the customer service industry for over 8 years. I enjoy assisting customers and I always do my best to make them feel satisfied. Previously, I worked in BPO and I am always one of the top agents in my team. I am one of the supports who assist the new hires to utilize their resources and to assist the customers effectively. I also worked as a marketing manager in a newly opened optical clinic. I managed and organized files, did admin work, sales, strategic planning, scheduling appointment, marketing, recruiting and training sales assistants, successfully increasing sales and visibility.
