I' am in Real Estate industry for 7 years and counting , Selling and Renting out properties is my expertise , over the years of my practice I built my network through referrals which I believe I've earned because of my good after-sales service .
During College i used to have a part time works in different types of companies, BPO , FOOD chains and some side hustle name it ! to finish college and Fortunately graduated with a Degree of Business Administration Major in Banking in finance , after college I've work in a private firm that handles consolidation of titles in a certain Government Office , I've learnt basic skills in worksheets and processing of legal documents such as title and Tax declaration , after a year of 2 I've decided to bid goodbye and try my luck being an Accounting Associate that specifically handles Account Receivables for 2 years I've practice what I've learnt in College Accounting skills , , Organizing my spreadsheets , meeting my deadlines and so on ,Then tried my luck on sales and my fortune begins .
My hardship taught me being a hardworking person I 'am right now . I do believe in hard-work and working smart is a must to achieve your goals , .
Today , I 'am currently handling over 100 units of properties to rent out around metro manila and i can offer them for resale too . Recently , I've Graduated on my 2nd Real Estate Management student at The Lyceum Alabang and now preparing to take the board exams for licensure.
