Participated workshops in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management Training Programs to hone skills and learn the fundamentals, best practices and effective strategies to employ.
Being part of the Real Estate Acquisitions Team, the tasks focused on checking property listings, running comparable, and estimating repair costs. After the fundamental analysis of the the properties, qualified offers were then forwarded to realtors for evaluation
I too had this opportunity to work for the same client’s home servicing business (HVAC and Home Remodeling). I got trained to contact leads, schedule, dispatch, track jobs and send invoices. Additional tasks included SMS and email campaigns creations sent out to customers and prospects using the platforms as provided. We touched on Yelp too! Another special project I had was lead generation of both investors and hard money lenders from various social media platforms and posting properties for sale on websites.
My quick stint in this company involved bills payment for utilities, property management company and other payables; journal entries preparation, bank and credit card reconciliation for all the owner’s four accounts on QuickBooks (including clearing of all old reconciling items; email and file management; initial and refinance package creation and property listing update on Zillow. Liaised with a few private and government offices for business concerns.
