-Provide executive assistant support functions for president and senior executives, including expense reports, calendar management and schedule meetings.
-Assist the in-house Real Estate Broker in preparing the Deed of Absolute Sale, Contract to sale and in processing the Land Title transfer to new owner.
-Assist investors and clients in viewing the property for lease.
-Maintain professional relationships and open lines of communication with investors and prospective clients.
-Prepare leasing documents, including Contract to Lease, move-in forms, and coordinate payments to accounting department.
Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases.
-Process return and exchange transactions.
-Enters and update price changes by referring new price memos an new price tags.
-Collects payments by accepting cash and debit/credit payments and makes change for cash customers.
-Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing and recording government valid Identification Card; and operating credit card authorization systems.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
