My name is Ma. Angelica Lucina, though I go by Geli among friends. I am 30 years old, married, and currently without children. I have a deep passion for music, particularly singing, and I serve as a vocalist in my church. Additionally, I am an avid coffee enthusiast and enjoy exploring different coffee shops, which I find to be a great way to unwind and relieve stress.
I have accumulated nearly four years of experience in the customer service industry with a single company, during which I have interacted with a diverse range of clients and managed multiple accounts, demonstrating my adaptability. Despite frequent changes in the industry, I have consistently embraced new challenges and effectively contributed to various roles.
Adapting to change and maintaining flexibility has been a challenge, especially in my recent role. The need to switch accounts, learn new tools, collaborate with diverse teams, and report to different team leads has not been easy. However, these continuous changes have strengthened my ability to adapt and take on new challenges with confidence.
