My name is Maan. I have been working in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for over a decade and was allowed to handle business listing accounts, satellite broadcasting, and telecommunication accounts for several American-based companies. I was able to undergo training for product specifics and processes that ensure our clients' core quality is presented with integrity and utmost quality. I have been an outbound agent, subject matter expert, quality assurance, customer service representative, and technical support representative for those accounts. Through the years, I have been familiar with tools that have been used with these accounts, extracting files, using knowledge base tools, Sybil, Citrix portals, and client-based tools. To expound on my know-how, I took short courses where I could learn about current software updates, particularly Microsoft Office-based tools and Virtual Assistance online courses.
