I am a licensed Customs broker in the Philippines. I worked as an Import-Export Coordinator for 4 years in different freight forwarding and importer company before I decided to start my career as freelancer/virtual assistance. I have managed shipments without delays and sourcing low-cost products across the world.
With this new environment, I am excited to share my knowledge and expertise to those who’s willing to take a new chapter in their working life.

Ensures that the shipping documents are in compliance with customs rules and regulation. Generates relevant documents such as matching sales orders/ customer PO and shipping due dates for drop shipping. Tracks the location of the shipment on a regular basis until delivery to the client’s premises.
Coordinating with terminal for deliveries and clearances as well as assigning the dispatch department for delivery arrangement. Communicate with internal customs clearance department or external brokerage for customs clearance purposes.
Sourcing of products and negotiating cost from old and new vendors across Asia. Preparing documents necessary for the sales contracts and shipping documents as well as coordinating the freight cost with forwarders. Ensures the shipment will be distributed from company’s different warehouses.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
