My customer service foundation started in the BPO industry, where I worked as an Email Support. I also ventured into the Food Industry to pursue my passion for Restaurant Management/Services and from there, my customer service journey has made great improvements. I shifted my career back to the BPO industry for a more stable work setting during the pandemic. I've now been making my way into the freelancing world, and hope we can be partners.
