I am a Cebu-based virtual assistant. I gathered my first experiences working in the BPO industry for 3 years in telephone customer service, including tech support, and customer care. I have been tasked to process variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently in the retail banking and e-commerce line of business. I am highly adept at training, organized, and a fast learner. My main objective to my clients is to give outstanding results, have a long-term relationship, and leave them 100% satisfied with my work. I am committed to my work and I work hard for it.
