Hi, I am Lyko. Prior to joining as a Virtual Assistant, I worked as an Assistant in Nursing\Patient Care Assistant for Amana Living, a holistic senior care facility in Perth, Western Australia. I was recognized one of their top Nurse Assistants in that health care facility because of my exceptional communication skills, patient care and interpersonal skills. It is in that facility where I learned how to work in a team, where I used my positive attitude to boost our team's morale and productivity. However, I am also capable of working independently with no supervision. I worked fast, effectively and efficiently and submitted my documentations correctly and in a timely manner, allowing my time to assist others with their tasks. I was once praised because of my timely record keeping, interpreting vital signs, chart management and punctual. My recent job as an online and offline EFL teacher has helped me be more patient and to be persevering to teach younger students. As as online educator, we should always practice active listening because it promotes mindful thinking and helps build good relationship for engagement in the class. I utilized my exceptional communication skills as the company's Social Media content creator. I was able to unlock my creativity and be more resourceful. I am an optimistic person and always look at the brighter side because having this positive mindset can boost happiness and motivates me to achieve my goals. I also value work-life balance and balance my time between work and my hobbies which includes: singing, playing games, watching tv series and travelling. Maintaining a healthy work-life is not only important for health and relationships, but can also improve productivity and performance.
