I am currently working as an Office Secretary at a Dive Center located in the southern part of Cebu. I manage all aspects of client coordination—from the moment they arrive at the airport until their departure back to their home country. This includes handling dive plans, accommodations, transportation, and scheduling. Previously, I also
worked as a technical support representative, where I handled customer concerns through calls and emails. Now,
I’m looking for a role where I can further develop my skills and explore new challenges. I’m eager to grow professionally, overcome difficulties with resilience, and contribute to a team that creates a positive global impact.

Handling all clients concerns, scheduled dive plans, transportation, visa extension, simple book keeping , handling cash flows (expenses)
Handling passengers concern, facilitating passengers onboard the boat, give instructions and commands to stewards, responsible in making facilities clean, safe and a relaxing atmosphere to passengers
Give support thru inbound calls and emails, addressing clients concerns and problem solving, fixing website from the domain name they bought, and solving simple bill concerns .
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
