I am a highly skilled and experienced administrative officer, with a solid track record of providing comprehensive administrative support and with over a decade of experience working for the Local Government Unit of General Santos City, I have honed my skills in human resources, learning and development, performance management, communication and records management, procurement, property and supply management, development planning, gender and development, budgeting, fund utilization, information systems administration, ARTA and legal matters. In my role, I have supervised a team of administrative support staff and ensured their compliance with government policies and procedures. I also successfully contributed for the implementation a new digitization and archiving system, collaborated with management to develop and execute strategic initiatives related to learning and development, and performance management.

Additionally, I have worked as a freelance event organizer/coordinator, I have planned and executed memorable and successful weddings, birthdays, and other events for clients.
