My name is Lu and I am a proficient, self-motivated Virtual Assistant in diverse fields. I have great knowledge of virtual features as I have done research on it along with my training.
I began my career in the retail industry as a Customer Service Representative. This job molded me into the excellent, interpersonal worker I am today. I also worked as a Sales Representative, where I have taken significant time and effort to develop customer relationships. If there is something that characterizes me other than what I have mentioned above, it is that I am 100% involved in everything I do. I am hard-working and non-conformist. I have a direct and creative work style. I have great active listening skills.
To add more, I have arranged an entirely personal room furnished with all kinds of virtual purpose elements like a professional computer, a strong internet connection, backup power source, printer, and so on to ensure my 24 hours availability which is very important for a Virtual Assistant.
