Hello! I am Ann, 34 years old and a boy mom. I am looking for a part-time job to support my growing child. I worked in a Dubai based E-commerce firm called Souq.com as a customer service representative (1 year voice account and 4 years non-voice account) and continue the same designation after Amazon.com completed its acquisition. After 5 years of working as a customer support, I was transferred in another department as a Mapping specialist where I ensure that all the items posted on Amazon.ae (UAE), Amazon.sa (Saudi Arabia) and Amazon.eg (Egypt) were correctly described and price competitive to other e-commerce website. I am proud to say that I am one of the thousands of employees behind the success of launching the Amazon middle east.
