• Provide phone and online technical support to NetSuite Customers. The types of Customers we encounter ranges from the non-technical resources to actual in-house or third-party developers.
• Collaborate, interact, assist directly with clients/customers to come up with suggestions and resolutions. Performs highly complex troubleshooting and analysis. Participate in company initiatives promoting the growth of Product Knowledge
• Work with other Departments such as Quality and Assurance, Professional Services, Product Management and Development, to ensure fast turnaround. This is bound by processes but all of which aims to give quality service.
• Provide Technical Support with following Customization topics: SuiteBuilder | SuiteBundler | SuiteFlow: Specifically: (Workflows, Dashboards, Saved Searches (SQL/Formula/Condition), Reports, CSV imports (field mapping), Custom Centers, Custom Fields, Custom Forms, Custom Lists, Custom Records, Custom Tabs, Custom Transaction Form Layouts (Advanced PDF/HTML Templates) Customer Survey, SuiteBundler/Bundle/SuiteApp)
• Data administrative support, Data entry, Order management, Mailbox handling, Monitor incoming emails in common mailboxes, Sends Order Acknowledgement to customers, acknowledge receipt of customer emails/POs/RFQs
• Generate transaction records, Logging of orders, Logging of quotation, Email handling, Escalation handling, Updates order/records/data/status in Business System
• Order revision task creation, Order expedite task creation, Contracts/agreements task creation
• Provide post-sales support (revenue recognition (shipping, receipting & invoicing), RMA and order management across
business units for Australia & New Zealand customers
• Saves/Uploads/Archives Communication Records
• Invoice processing, Issue resolution with invoices, Back up support with invoice processors, Quality audit and Posting adjustment.
• Submitting and presenting of monthly reports (deck) regarding status of invoices and to be discussed directly with counterpart
