Hello! I am a fur mom of four with an avid passion for travel. I bring a wealth of professional experience spanning diverse roles. Currently excelling as the Venue Manager Assistant at UTP Beyond Borders Cavite since January 2023, I serve as a pivotal link in coordinating Occupational English Tests with its partner test venue. Prior to this, I showcased my expertise as an Order Management and Logistics Specialist at ABB INC, where I handled invoicing, procurement, and expat support. My journey also includes a significant chapter at Schneider Electric as a Sales Support Associate, contributing to pre- and post-sales administrative tasks. • Preparation for the facilitation of the venue in cooperation with the Main Venue Manager.
• Troubleshooting registration and confirmation in the portal
• Ensuring manpower is sufficient on test day (Saturday)
• Reporting any incidents through the portal
• Ensuring the safety transport of examination papers to the test room on test day

• Perform data entry into systems in timely manner and ensure the correctness of the data; for each entry, check through the documentation to ensure they are in line with the unit’s requirements
• Generate reports periodically and check the correctness of the reports, in case of errors due to data entry, work with various functions for correction

• Ensure the procurement of product is correct in quantity and quality, the procurement terms and conditions as agreed with suppliers (delivery terms, payment terms etc.)

• Ensure smooth clearance of goods through availability of all relevant documents related to quality, country of origin, tax, shipping docs
• Work closely with transport service providers to assure efficient and effective execution of processes, assists in obtaining necessary transport permits and codes and prepare proper transportation paperwork and import/ export documentation
• Verify the accuracy of billing and documentation issued by the forwarders (KPIs, costs, etc.) and prepare transportation performances reporting. Ensure that the import, inbound, outbound and export documentation is properly managed and resolve operational issues
• Supervise forwarders daily performance and cost. Control and monitor system interfaces with forwarders and supervise all transportation related plans and processes. Responsible for issues resolutions with the forwarders including service quality, claims (forwarder) etc
• Support in back-office work to facilitate the smoothness of office activities
