I reached my 2nd-year level in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management, which helped me develop strong organizational and analytical skills. I have 7 years of experience in the BPO industry, including 4 years in healthcare accounts. I worked as a Spanish Healthcare Executive for 1 year, where I utilized my Spanish communication skills to assist patients and clients. I was later promoted to Quality Analyst for 2 years, where I honed my attention to detail, accuracy, and performance evaluation. I’m also skilled in patient scheduling, insurance verification, medical data entry, and administrative support.
