One of the main thing I've learned from my previous job as a Reservation Supervisor is, our guests/clients buys our travel service because they need it, for business purposes, or they want to experience it, for leisure. But, what makes them choose our service among other travel agencies selling the same service is.. our exceptionally high-quality service. Our exceptional service that satisfy our clients needs and even wants, and how we helped them to make their travel smooth and convenient.
