I'm A GVA: Data Entry Specialist (Quality Assurance Associate)/Social Media Management for almost 3 years and I’m responsible for leading the team and help them follow the Standard Operating Procedures set by the company, Great of using tools for the job to be done easily, working in the said industry I achieved a Best Quality Assurance Associate of the month.
DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST (TASKS)
I handles routine clerical tasks relating to entering or updating data in a computer system. i also ensure that the organization's database is accurate, up-to-date and organized. i may also assist accounts receivable with duties like processing invoices for payout and reviewing and processing order returns. these are other tasks that im doing,
Collecting data and inputting information into databases,Reviewing records for accuracy,Updating databases with new or revised information as necessary,Performing regular backups of information to ensure data preservation,Retrieving records and electronic files from the database,Sorting and organizing paper records or notes after data entry,Preparing digital materials or files for printing,Providing team members with requested data or information,Performing comparative analyses of different data sources for administrative purposes.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT (TASKS)
Developing engaging posts, images, videos, and other multimedia content tailored to the target audience: Planning and scheduling posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to maintain a consistent posting schedule,Interacting with followers through comments, messages, and mentions to build community and foster relationships,Creating a comprehensive strategy that outlines goals, target audiences, key messaging, and content themes,Monitoring performance metrics (likes, shares, engagement rates) and analyzing data to adjust strategies and improve outcomes,Trend Monitoring: Keeping up with industry trends and platform updates to stay relevant and leverage new opportunities,Designing and managing social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking,Ensuring that all content aligns with the brand’s voice and adheres to established guidelines,Working with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives,Crisis Management: Responding to negative comments or crises on social media in a timely and professional manner,Community Building: Initiating and participating in discussions to cultivate a loyal and engaged community around the brand,Researching competitors’ social media strategies to identify opportunities and threats,Implementing promotional campaigns and initiatives across social media platforms,Encouraging and showcasing content created by users to enhance brand authenticity and engagement,Identifying and partnering with influencers to expand reach and credibility.
