• Manages the whole Admin and Compliance Department
• Coordinates with Finance on all Admin related compliance requirements needing budget
allocation
• Manages and monitors facility cleanliness following Good Manufacturing Practices and &S
• Drives 7S program and monitor implementation with area scoring
• Conducts regular Janitors meeting
• Oversees third party Security service provider
• Ensures Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) is being followed and strictly
implemented by the Security Guards
• Develops existing daily work instructions for Security Guards
• Schedules daily trips, assigning drivers and transportation service for regular and OT hours
• Approves all Admin Department Supplies Requisitions, Cash Advances and Liquidations
• Prepares, monitors, checks the summary & billing for rented vehicles
• Provides timely update of all Admin related compliance requirements
• Drives and close coordinates with maintenance team and ensure all compliance requirements
are in placed
• Performs performance management to all subordinates on a timely manner, inform Department
Manager and coordinates closely with HR to execute Company Code of Discipline if necessary
• Develops and ensures performance of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance
schedule
• Reviews existing area assignment of janitors for possible continuous improvement
• Ensures performance of pest control
• Drives the test to be Cost & Control conscious especially on the use of company resources like
janitorial supplies and the likes.
• Develops internal control process and drive the team that all their actions are complying to
Company Ethics practices
• Checks and Reviews Security Service Providers billings
• Reviews contract of all Security Service Provider and provide recommendation for operation,
service improvements and cost savings
• Ensures on schedule submission of management requested/weekly report and all critical data
are well keep
• Attends all Environmental, Safety and Health training/meetings that may be required.
• Interfaces with internal and external customers ensuring effective communications regarding
status and priority of work
• Manages and supervises the timely application, renewal of all Admin Department related
compliance requirements whether permits or licenses or others.
• Maintains liaison with the city/provincial/municipal, other local gov’t offices and sometimes
National for the smooth processing and on time release of Admin related permits & licenses.
