• Answer inbound calls from US customers and address questions & concerns regarding their prescription healthcare benefits
• Provide information about their insurance coverage, benefit plans, tracking of prescription orders, troubleshooting online self-service for updates, & more
• Empathize and resolve concerns to simplify the customer’s healthcare experience
• Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracy
• Adapt to learn new call types when business needs change & flex support in those areas
• Process Payment including (Onetime payment, Enrollment/Disenrollment of Auto debit, etc.)
• Responsible to check dunning invoices & process of Good cause.
• Assist consumers with their ticket reservations.
• Answer/assist with problems such as flight tracking and resolving any issues with their ticket.
• Using a range of tools that will be taught in class and will be used dependent on the issues/concerns raised by your customer.
• We will also interact with representatives from other organizations. We have internal (representatives from various departments) and external (Other Airlines, Travel Agencies, Rates and Travel Ready Center, among others).

• Refund processing: Instruct clients on how to obtain refunds via the website, and so on
• Assist customers as they shop online and answer/assist with post-order concerns such as monitoring orders and resolving any difficulties with their orders.
• Using a variety of tools that will be taught in class and will be utilized based on the issues/concerns that your customer has called about.
• We will also be talking with representatives from third parties. We have internal (Store Reps and various department representatives) and external (Carrier and Bank Representatives, among others).
• Educate customer about deals and promotions.
• Process Return and Reshipment of the lost/damaged items.
• Ensure coordination of the statutory audit, year in and year out, and resolve all possible queries.
• Check and verify cash transactions; investigate and propose possible resolution for any discrepancies.
• Maintain and manage the cash management system of the company and their payment mechanism.
• Responsible for following up on financial proceedings, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
