Inner Peace
There
are times in life when we are confronted with negativity and conflict, or we
receive unpleasant news from friends, family, or even strangers (especially on
social media nowadays). As a result, we may feel frustrated, angry, or
disappointed, which can have a negative impact on our mental health. However,
as others have stated, keep away from those things if they do not offer worth
to our lives. We must remember to safeguard our inner tranquility.
