Manage Personal Shoppers on customers online orders through different platform channels
Communicate and monitor with Dispatching to deliver same day and in good condition
Deliver sales to hit monthly and yearly sales plan
Communicate to respective departments with item availability
Manage multiple departments. Deliver sales every month, quartely and yearly to hit sales plan
Monitors item inventories and maintain good stock level inventories that are fast moving and slow moving.
Coordinate with Merchandising for repeat orders for fast moving items and recommend slow moving items for possible transfer
Monitors Selling Personnel including Consignor brands
