• Coordinates employee-related issue and department head, as well as the closure or settlement of employee issues, concerns and complaints.
• Handles all employees’ work-related concerns, grievances and issues that need to be addressed and assists all departments to resolve grievances and employee issues.
• Provides assistance in the implementation and modification of company’s code of Discipline and personnel/company policies and procedures.
• Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
• Coordinates employer-employee inquiries and concerns related to labor law to the Department of Labor and Employee (DOLE)
• Acts as liaison officer with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and/or National Labor RelationsCommission (NLRC) and other related government agencies pertaining to employment.
• Attends seminar and training to enhance labor education and administration.
• Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other mandated benefits (SSS, PHIC, HDMF benefits).
• Administer benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns related to benefits.
• Monitor benefit costs and work to control expenses while maintaining quality benefits.
