As an HR recruiter we are responsible for quick and effectively fill available positions. We create local recruiting strategies that combine classic sourcing tactics with new and innovative recruiting ideas. We may also conduct interviews and give job offers.

• Create and carry out recruitment strategies.
• Make connections through industry contacts, participation in trade associations, trade groups, social media, and workers.
• Establish and track recruiting and hiring objectives.
• Organize and carry out college recruitment campaigns.
• Perform administrative and recordkeeping tasks.
• Candidates are screened to see if they satisfy the job requirements.
• Create job descriptions with recruiting managers.
• Prepare a pool of qualified candidates ahead of time.
• New sources for active and passive candidate recruitment should be researched and recommended.
As an Administrative Assistants I handle a variety of clerical responsibilities to ensure that the rest of the team can communicate and operate effectively. Answering phones, receiving visitors, distributing mail, and preparing communications are all part of their duties.
