I recently took a training for a General Virtual Assistant as I'm looking forward to being a Social Media Manager. I'm considering in taking another training so that I'll be able to enhance my skills so I can provide an excellent outcome for my future clients. - Handling an escalation wherein we are reviewing the cases to make sure that all the details have been provided before forwarding the case to other departments for further resolution.
- Meetings with clients, team leader an operations Manager
- Making sure that the advocates/frontliners are aware of the updates by sending an email and blog post.
- Sending updates and reports to team leaders and operations managers.
- Doing chat time to make sure that we will still be able to experience how to assist our customers.
- Handling an escalation such as customer complaints and commendation call.
- Answering queries from the frontliners.
