A service admin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the work order for a service department. My job duties include coordinating with the service manager on the completion of customer work orders. I am also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a service department. I may also be tasked with developing new ways to improve the quality of these services or increase efficiency.
Preparing and sorting of Service Billing and other documents to be forwarded to TMP. Posting of payment receipts from TMP to monitor the accounts receivables. Post-billing of Service Billing daily in SAP system. Scanning of vendor Debit Memo and PMS summary to be forwarded in TMP.
Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. Review and process reimbursements. Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
