• Investigates, gathers and analyze data to understand the queries from customer
• Assist customers with their issues, keeping close communication with our co-workers locally or overseas in order to ensure prompt handling of exceptions or concerns
• Adhere to process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during daily operation
• Navigates SapBi and sharepoint
• Handles the daily volume of booking requests
• Reviews the invoices of corresponsive receipts of stock
• Prepare and submit all documents in a timely and accurate manner and keep the internal/external stakeholders informed of the status
• Responsible for the inventory of stocks and its quality
• Conduct financial statement analysis of Auto Debit and Auto Charge Arrangement
• Prepares the transmittal of E-link forms
• Organize the Billing, Cancellation Notice, and Official Receipt of transmittal to client
