I’ve worked in a BPO company since 2014. And those years gave me a chance to experience a lot of roles. I’ve been a Customer Service Representative, Agent Support and Technical Support. I love getting to talk to new people every day and help them solve problems (crucial or easy), leading to a great customer satisfaction rating. I also handled teams for new hires and learned that my passion is to help people on their technical issue.
These experiences will never stop me from learning. Because I've trained myself to react positively every time, failures and rejections don't shake me. Being from a family that had to start from scratch, I have high expectations for how I want my loved ones to live. This is what fuels my motivation.

Handling calls to assist and troubleshoot the customers TV service technical issues. Creating order for equipment upgrade/replacement and dispatch technician for complex issues.
Handled and Trained New Hire agents. Took supervisor calls and chats for AT&T billing such as: Wireless, Uverse and DIRECTV services. Also coached agents on focusing behaviors towards their call/chat and creating action plans which will lead to a great customer rating
Handled calls and chats for DIRECTV billing concerns and general inquiries (equipment upgrade, products and services)
