Providing my clients and customers with excellent service makes me happy. I work efficiently, focus on getting the job done, and am highly motivated to advance my career. I also love to express my ideas through writing and is open for new learning opportunities.

I’ve worked in a BPO company since 2014. And those years gave me a chance to experience a lot of roles. I’ve been a Customer Service Representative, Agent Support and Technical Support. I love getting to talk to new people every day and help them solve problems (crucial or easy), leading to a great customer satisfaction rating. I also handled teams for new hires and learned that my passion is to help people on their technical issue.

These experiences will never stop me from learning. Because I've trained myself to react positively every time, failures and rejections don't shake me. Being from a family that had to start from scratch, I have high expectations for how I want my loved ones to live. This is what fuels my motivation.
