My name is Lia Marie Jose, and I currently reside in the Philippines. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and have 17 years of experience in the Human Resources Department as an HR Personnel. My primary responsibilities have included conducting interviews, managing the recruitment process, overseeing employee training, and facilitating professional development programs. As an HR professional, I am committed to fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. I have extensive experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and workplace relations.
