I started my career in the BPO industry with Concentrix, where I worked for 2 years and quickly became a coach within 10 months. After that, I moved to Capital One, where I spent 3 fruitful years. Currently, I've been with American Express for 2 years, continuously learning and growing.
Now, I'm taking steps to achieve financial freedom by starting my freelance career. Alongside work, I cherish family time, enjoy playing Mobile Legends on my phone, and have a passion for singing, participating in public events whenever possible. I'm excited about this new journey and hope to work with clients who appreciate my skills and provide fulfilling experiences.
