As a SR. Subject Matter Expert, I resolved escalated customer questions, issues and complaints. I work with upper management to ensure appropriate changes were made to improve customer satisfaction and to make sure the business is meeting the required metrics. I formulate and enforce Service Center policies, procedures and quality assurance measure.
Prior to my promotion, I was a Customer Service Retention Specialist where I perform all duties to provide full customer satisfaction and retain customers. I also address all customers inquiries including upselling or services and technical support.
On the same account, I was selected to pioneer the new line of business which are Social Media Moderator and Live Chat Support. I am responsibkle to review and aggregates customer issues and complaints across social media channels to recognize and report negative and positive trend and to promote brand awareness. As a Live Chat agent, I handle 5+ inbound customer chat conversations simultaneously.
