And I believe that’s the reason why I’ve been working in the call center industry for 10 years. I’m organized, I know how to manage my time. I’m resourceful, I’m flexible and a team player. I’m also very outgoing person and I love spending time with my family during my free time, I love dancing, listening music and I love learning new things everyday.

• Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Develop and implement effective legal compliance.
• Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify the documents.
• Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with a focus on accurate and timely data entry of client applications.
• Work closely with the Migration Agent of casework for related Visa classes.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Assist in preparing documentation for Visa applications.
• Ensure all details entered are correct and documented in different assessing authorities.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives.
