Duties & Responsibility
• With 17 years working experience in Human Resource, 9years in managerial level thus have managed all facets/functions of HR Department such as but not limited to
Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Employee Information Management (HRIS) and others.

Safety Officer
Duties & Responsibility
• Conducts regular health and safety walk-through and inspection
• Ensure that all site personnel adhere to HSE Policy especially the COVID19 Prevention
Guidelines
• Conducts HSE orientation/training to all site personnel including subcontractors and visitors.
• Prepare, update and submit monthly HSE Dashboard and compliance reports.
• Monitor and report status of corrective action or improvements on the audit findings.
• Facilitate emergency preparedness and response activity such as fire evacuation, earthquake drill, bomb threat, etc.
• Perform workplace environment measurement (WEM) such as temperature, humidity, illumination, and ventilation.
• Represent his/her facility in the HSE committee meeting, seminar and planning activity.
• Assist government agencies in the conduct of safety and health inspection, accident investigation or any other related programs.
• Act as liaison officer in the submission of HSE regulatory reports
Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all activities related to the recruitment and personnel functions for the vessels.
Recruitment:
• Manage the coordination with manning agents for selection of officers and ranks and ensure timely delivery of qualified applicants through pro-active, strategic, and effective processing of recruitment.
• Liaise with manning agents and Marine Operations Manager for crew change arrangement.
• Handle the new crew needs and logistics (safety, services, compensation, benefits, personnel, accommodation, etc).
• Manpower planning.
• Handle contractual matters and planning (including wording and legal side).
Documentation, database & reporting:
• Update & maintain crew database on a daily basis.
• Ensure having organized-documentation for all crewing matters.
• Align with Finance the required regular reports; concerning salary, contracts, attendance sheets and vacation schedules, etc.
• Monitor of documents and licenses validity for officers and ranks.
• Validate completeness and validity of crew documents against company requirement and regulations.
Personnel:
• Plan, organize and manage the day-to-day crewing personnel functions in compliance
with HR policies and procedures.
• Direct checking (includes onboard ships/vessel) on a regular basis for implementation of procedures and policies.
• Manage the process of personnel mobilization and demobilization (travel arrangement, visa, hotel accommodation, etc).
• Perform crew change for vessel assigned, including crew planning.
• Ensure the correct numbers and suitable personnel arrive on time.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are disseminated and complied by all employees
• Manage smooth logistic arrangements for incoming and outgoing Crew.
• Coordinate directly with operation & HR for personnel, Government and logistic matters, medical claims, repatriation of crew, etc.
• All other personnel related activities.
• Conduct new employee orientation.
Crewing:
• Leading department team and ensure high efficiency of the crewing staff.
• Set key performance indicators for measuring the department performance.
• Budget and Control management.
• Assist operation manager and GM in the planning and implementation of Crewing goals and functional objectives.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Assist the SVP for Corporate Affairs and the Sr. Manager for HR in planning, evaluating, formulating, and directing work activities of subordinates and staff relating to Recruitment and placement, training and development, performance management and employee rewards systems.
• Supervise, administer and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to end to end process of recruitment and placement, training and development, performance management and employee welfare.
