My duties involves managing various HR processes to enhance workforce performance and productivity. Key responsibilities include:
Onboarding: Administering end-to-end onboarding activities, such as orientation registration, background checks, and SAP record creation, ensuring 100% compliance.
Payroll Management: Handling payroll planning and distribution, addressing queries related to provident funds, employee mediclaim policies, and monthly payroll reconciliation.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Developing and maintaining reports through data collection, validation, analysis, and publication to support decision-making and provide valuable insights.
Process Improvement: Proposing and implementing process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control within HR operations.
HR Service Delivery & Third-Party Provider Management
Assist in recruitment requisitions, ensuring necessary approvals and compliance.
Coordinate with department managers on job qualifications and vacancies.
Ensure Third-Party Provider (TPP) compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Oversee onboarding, ensuring system access and necessary tools are in place.
Conduct annual job description reviews and revisions.
Implement and monitor incentive programs for TPP employees.
Organize quarterly (or as-needed) employee engagement activities.
Validate timekeeping accuracy against payroll billing and salary compliance.
Review, validate, and endorse TPP billing for finance processing.
Assess and improve TPP policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with DOLE and other government regulations.
Address employee queries, concerns, grievances, and act as a bridge between management and staff.
Create and distribute advisories on holidays, suspensions, and company policies.
Collaborate with finance to prepare month-end accrual reports for approval.
HR Service Delivery & Compliance
Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, test administration, and job offers for various positions.
Oversee pre-employment requirements and documentation.
Coordinate manpower needs with department managers, including hiring and third-party support.
Develop strategies to fill business unit vacancies efficiently.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for employee movements (hiring, transfers, resignations, etc.).
Monitor performance management and conduct company orientations.
Organize employee engagement programs and recommend training initiatives.
Handle disciplinary cases, contract terminations, and offenses requiring disciplinary action.
Attend Department of Labor and Employment conciliation meetings and prepare compliance reports.
Liaise with HR management for major disciplinary cases.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
