A content moderator is responsible for user-generated content submitted to an online platform.
The content moderator's job is to make sure that items are placed in the right category, are free
from scams, don't include any illegal items, and much more.
Create promotional content, ads, invites, and videos for clients. Generate leads via Google Maps to connect with potential law firm partners. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
Manage bookings by coordinating clinical appointments, consultations, and follow-ups using medical practice software. Handle administrative tasks including updating patient records, organizing files, processing billing, and facilitating communication between providers and patients. Serve as the main contact for inquiries, maintain accurate electronic health records with confidentiality, and assist with insurance claims and payments.
Takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Transfer data and create spreadsheets, verifying them against source documents at different stages during the process.
